What we collect

When you submit an inquiry through this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, business email, company, role, city/state/country, industry, area of interest, optional chapter preference and your message. We also record your privacy acknowledgment and, only if you opt in, your consent to receive occasional news and event announcements.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and to connect you with the appropriate TUCCI leadership or chapter. If you separately opt in, we may also send you occasional TUCCI news and event announcements by email. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate this website and respond to you.

How it is stored

Submissions are recorded in TUCCI’s secure website management system, hosted with our website provider, and are accessible only to authorized TUCCI administrators.

External services

Event registration is handled through external platforms (such as Luma), which operate under their own privacy policies. Links to Instagram and other external sites are likewise governed by those services’ own policies.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to review, correct or delete the information you have submitted, or to withdraw marketing consent, by writing to info@tucciusa.com.

Career & CV Center

When you create a CV in the Career & CV Center, the information you enter is stored privately in your account. Only you can see, edit, or delete your CV drafts. CVs are never indexed by search engines. Sharing a CV requires your explicit action: you create a share link labeled with a recipient email, and the link contains a snapshot of your CV at that moment — later edits do not change the shared version. Anyone with the link can view it; the email is a label and recipient identity is not verified. TUCCI never mass-sends your CV. You can revoke any share link or delete any CV at any time, which removes the data from your account. Share links that have been revoked immediately stop working for new visitors.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the revised version will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date.
